However, when I booted up, the phone opened the SCRTN app (Device Self Service?). I can make calls and text and 4g LTE was active. I put the sim card from the Ting phone in the "new" phone and activated with no problem. Ting's MEID check indicated the phone would work with all services. I replaced a broken Samsung Galaxy S4 from Ting with another used S4 from Sprint. ![]()
